At first Meriri wants to reincarnate me as the second son of a count as a baby. So I requested some conditions to Meriri on how I wanted to be reincarnated.

I said to her that I want to be a man of about 20 years of age, with no ties behind his back, free from racial discrimination, not a follower of Artemirina-sama, healthy, muscular, reasonably good-looking, is living near a city, with the means to enter that city, with some money, and he must be a solitary person who as much as possible no one knows, so people won’t get suspicious of me if I switch places with him.

I thought at first that she would be able to find to find a suitable body really soon because even though she couldn’t take the body of a living person, she can use the body of a person who is already dead. Meriri said she would just repair his body and put my soul in it. But my condition of being not a follower Artemirina-sama prove to be a problem as almost all of the people who are living in this world becomes a follower of Artemirina-sama once they have reached adulthood.

As in this world, at the age of 15, a coming-of-age ceremony is held in a church, and at that time, a prayer is offered to Artemirina-sama. Once the ceremony is finished, they will become her believers. In other words, coming of age equals believer. And incidentally a person who is already an adult and not a believer is considered to be an evil person or a criminal.

In that case I have no choice but to be reincarnated to a body that hasn’t reached adulthood yet. And the most convenient for me is for me to become an orphan, so right now Meruru is looking for a healthy orphan who has no background so that I won’t have a problem if I switch with him.

But the problem with that situation is that most orphans live in an orphanage so I will be exposed if I switch to one of them. There are also orphans living on the slums or as a slave but I refused those options.

A lot of my request aren’t granted but well I don’t think I can do anything about that. Also I’m guessing that the person I’m going to be reincarnated into doesn’t have a lot of connection that’s why it’s easy to deceive the people around him using amnesia.

Why is she telling me to hurry up when I can’t even move nor see or hear anything?
